When young women better understand themselves, their strengths and desires turn into goals and fulfillment.

My Process

Assessment

The initial coaching engagement begins with a detailed intake assessment process, which highlights where you are currently and emphasizes your areas of need and focus. The assessment helps establish specific goals to use in our coaching sessions.

Actionable Steps

Together we will explore areas of strength and opportunity and develop customized actionable steps to move you forward. With support and collaboration, you develop a toolkit of strategies and resources to build your resilience and help you succeed and thrive.

Outcomes

When young women better understand themselves, their strengths and desires turn into goals and fulfillment. Over eight sessions with support and structure, I help you cultivate your sense of agency: create, achieve, and enJOY your amazing life!

Something I’ve always really appreciated about working with you is the mutual trust and respect we built, especially with my being a student and someone who was coming into my own and figuring it all out. The trust you gave me really allowed me to grow into who I am today. I really appreciate it.

Mother of two 20-something daughters

“As a mother, you always want what is best for your children. You can only hope they come across someone who embodies strength, kindness, and compassion to inspire and guide them through different stages of life. Sarah Bishop was that for our girls. She helped them build confidence and trust in themselves. We have been lucky enough to know her for over 16 years. She is incredibly gifted and a natural at what she does. Her ability to connect deeply seems effortless to those around her. Sarah’s genuine care, pure heart, and warm nature made for a safe space. It is difficult to articulate and express our gratitude for everything she has done for us. Our entire family adores her.”

Mother of 20-something woman

“During her high school years, Sarah encouraged my daughter to participate in organizing and producing an inaugural young women's conference on the school campus. This served as powerful inspiration for her to initiate a major women's leadership organization during college, an effort that Sarah strongly supported while in its development stages, and it continues at my daughter's alma mater to this day. Post-college, she has been involved in planning and hosting conferences for high school girls to expose them to the business world, and she has mentored young women in the early stages of their careers at her company. I believe that Sarah's early encouragement to reach for leadership opportunities played a major role in my daughter's belief that making a difference in the lives of others will make a difference in hers.”
